Shipments and returns

YOUR PACK SHIPMENT

We will dispatch the product next day after the web order. Delivery service takes 1-2 working days within the Ireland, where this is practical. However, products are subject to availability and sometimes delays may occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only. In case of delay 21 days or more, you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the products. In these circumstances, we will refund the money paid by you for the product/s including delivery charges if have been charged. However, we do not take any responsibility of other losses, costs, damages or charges that you suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those products. You are required to validly sign-off on the delivery of the product/s, after that the product/s become your sole responsibility.

RETURNS / CLAIMS

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase made from our website. Please read our Returns Policy prior to you make any purchase from our website, you will be familiar with our policy on refunds, returns and repairs and your legal rights and remedies. An immediate inspection of the goods is necessary when delivered to your doorstep to ensure that the goods are of acceptable quality and not damaged in transit and also matches the description mentioned on the website with photos.

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If goods delivered to you are damaged, please contact our Customer Care team at info@rizpros.com within 24 hours (1) day of delivery. We will arrange collection of the damaged goods and will either arrange for a replacement of the goods or refund the price to you. But please make sure damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals.
